In a recent blog post, prosperity teacher and author Randy Gage challenged readers to examine the mental framework through which they interpret their circumstances, arguing that poverty is as much a mindset as it is a material condition.
“Poverty is not simply the absence of Wellness, Resources, Harmony, and Significance,” Gage wrote. “Poverty is also a state of consciousness. Both consciousnesses are created by your perspective; the window through which you view the world.”
Gage’s perspective echoes a long-standing theme in his work: the idea that prosperity begins internally, and that shifting one’s self-image and beliefs is key to transforming external outcomes. In the same post, he encourages readers to “rewire” their minds to align with abundance.
Gage has been a leading voice in the self-development and prosperity movement for over three decades. His books, including Risky Is the New Safe and Mad Genius, explore how mindset, entrepreneurship, and personal philosophy contribute to wealth and success.
