Prosperity expert Randy Gage shared the daily ritual he credits with transforming his life after financial collapse—emphasizing that lasting wealth is built not on isolated effort, but on consistent, identity-shaping habits.
“The secret to prosperity isn’t what you do occasionally. It’s what you do religiously,” said Gage in a post on LinkedIn. “Your first 90 minutes after waking program your subconscious for abundance or scarcity.”
His morning routine begins at 5:30 a.m. with 30 minutes of cardio paired with personal growth content—avoiding news or music in favor of mindset-focused material that’s more absorbable during elevated heart rate. Afterward, he consumes tea, protein, and vitamins, followed by 30–45 minutes of reading content designed to challenge beliefs and expand prosperity consciousness.
Gage warned that most people begin their day with inputs that reinforce scarcity—comparison-driven social media and fear-based news—creating a subtle but powerful limitation on financial potential.
To counter this, his next step is 60–90 minutes of focused writing. “Writing clarifies thought patterns that attract or repel money,” he explained. He credits this habit alone with generating millions in revenue by revealing overlooked insights.
Resistance training comes next to reinforce resilience. “Morning cardio sets mental state. Resistance builds capacity for discomfort,” Gage said, linking physical discipline to long-term success.
Evening rituals are equally structured. Two hours before bed, he shuts down work and reflects on three questions: What moved me toward my goals today? What could I improve? What’s my plan for tomorrow? The day ends with reviewing the next day’s schedule to activate subconscious problem-solving during sleep.
“The power isn’t in complexity but consistency,” Gage noted. “These rituals don’t just change what you do. They change who you are.”
